Today we are speaking to a birth and postpartum doula, hypnobirthing educator, and lactation counsellor based in Dubai. Her work is driven by her personal experiences as a mother, particularly with a high-risk pregnancy involving twins, which led her to become a passionate advocate for supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She is also involved in community-building efforts, such as "Small and Mighty Babies," which supports parents of premature babies, and she is a founding member of the "Doulas of Dubai". Her services include not only birth support but also postpartum care, helping new mothers adjust to their roles and build confidence in caring for their newborns.
