- Exercising physically is known to help with your confidence and when you walk into a room it's not as much your physical appearance that will strike people it's the confidence your presence brings that in turn makes your energy fill up a room and that's what people are drawn to
- By doing things that are positive and beneficial you start to inspire others around you to do more with their own lives and to strive for better. We all have to start somewhere and we are all in this together so help others around you push to be better and lead by example
