In this episode I go through a video example by Dr. Mike Isretael at Renaissance Periodization, in which he outlines the principles of F.S.S.D during training. In essence, the utilization of these principles in conjunction with advance training techniques like slow eccentrics, pauses, MYO sets, showed how brutal a workout can be in only 6 sets.
