Ethema Health Corporation is set to acquire Addiction Recovery Care LLC assets and separate entities in Kentucky, including in-patient and out-patient facilities, a Psychiatric Hospital, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, and Rural Health Clinic. The acquisition will be funded through a combination of cash, vendor note, and equity linked funding, with the goal of creating a statewide network of treatment facilities under the ARIA brand to enhance treatment services in Kentucky. Strawberry Fields REIT, a real estate investment trust focused on skilled nursing and healthcare-related properties, will release its third quarter 2025 financial results on Nov. 6, 2025, followed by a conference call and webcast on Nov. 7, 2025, to discuss the results.
