As I finally make my way back to the mic, I turn my critical eye on the whole “Microgame” fad that has swept over the hobby. What is a Microgame? Why are they so popular? Are they good for the hobby? I attempt to address these and other questions as I explore the topic, and then follow up by reviewing three games that fall into this basic category: Love Letter, Coup, and Bang! The Dice Game.
Listen, enjoy (hopefully), and feel free to give me feedback either here, via email (gamerchris@bellsouth.net), at my Guild on BoardGameGeek, or on Twitter (@kilroy_locke).
