Sarah Beth is a registered nurse who now works in the medical device industry. She moved to NYC from Atlanta, Georgia nine years ago. Her favorite word to describe herself when growing up was “ambivalent”. Little did she know she was describing her rising sign: Gemini. Today, she’d say that word still describes her, but in a beautiful way. She loves to talk and also craves silence. She loves working in corporate America, and sometimes wishes she never has to brush her hair again and live in the mountains. She’s passionate about seeing women improve their relationships with food and body - which she believes today is one of the most damaging and powerful ways women are still controlled by a patriarchal culture.
