I wanted to ask whether the jobs advertised on the JobBank were those that already had a valid LMIA?

Or would the hunt for LMIA apply once a potential job offer is given?

The online tools give me a score of 393 but I need to bump this up.

What do I need to focus on for my scores to be increased?
