Judge Knuts held her in contempt (attorney fees) and ordered her to pay $5,000.00 within 30 minutes or go to JAIL. Rushing to go to the bank to pull out $5,000 and run back to the courthouse in such a short time limit is a bit MUCH. Amy has been suffering through Family Court for the last 15 years.
Amy mentioned other cases where Attorney Jay White has punished another victim so badly in family court, where days shortly after, this person committed suicide. People also get punished when they go asking for HELP from CPS. We also discussed a case where an inappropriate incident happened at Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center where a correctional staff member strangled a minor at their Concord facility (WBTV 2-8-2024).
