Purpose:

We want the GoChurch Family to understand that every believer receives the indwelling Holy Spirit at salvation, while the fullness of the Holy Spirit is a distinct and ongoing experience that we should continually seek. His fullness empowers us to witness for Jesus, pray in tongues, serve in God’s Kingdom, and release the flow of living water as we surrender to His lordship and leading.

Key Scripture:

Acts 2:38 –39:

“Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.’” (NASB 1995).
