So he shirks all his responsibilities and runs into some STUNTICONS who run him off the side of a cliff! But he loses the MATRIX in the crash, and the STUNTICONS take it to GALVATRON! Free of responsibilities, HOT ROD awakes to a world he's no longer responsible for... that is, until he realizes the responsibility owns him as much as he owns it. Plus GALVATRON gets a very metal new headquarters that we only ever see once! And JERZY tells a tale of crying at the grocery store because of this episode!!
