We hold ourselves hostage in our own mind believing by harbouring pain and grudge we will avenge and receive our justice whereas we only punish ourselves for something done by others to us . Only this time we’re doing it to ourselves and they have no idea that we’re going through what they put us through . Pain can eat a person away until they throw themselves to toxins and if they’re lucky they will come out alive but some aren’t hence they’ll end up dying young before their time .
