The following talk was given by Sandy Henkel. Sandy is on staff with Cru Inner City and has served in Chicago for decades. 

Sandy has pioneered a transformative new funding model in Cru that she calls "The Allied Model". In this talk she shares not only about the model, but the journey God took her on to get to where they are now.
