Beneath the waves, somewhere off the coast of Curaçao, renowned aquanaut Fabien Cousteau is building the International Space Station of the ocean. Well, he hasn’t quite started building yet but if all goes as planned, he aims to open the doors to his modular state of the art facility in 2027.
