- Menorrhagia (heavy or prolonged bleeding) with clots: Since last year I would have 2 weeks to one month long bleeding probably 6 months out of the year, I've had blood tests, hormone tests, ultrasound and everything shows up normal. I've been dismissed a few times I went to my doctor that it's just normal and it happens to some women with strong hormones etc. I've taken tranexamic acid, it worked the first few months but recently it hasn't. We are also TTC for the past 3 years. Already feeling so down from bleeding for almost every single day of this month now. Just wondered if anyone has any idea or tips maybe.

- I’ve seen a return of some of my leaky gut and hair loss symptoms. I think I need a cleanse to reset. When is the best time to do a monthly cleanse according to your cycle?

- I’ve been off BC since October of 2019 and have only gotten my period once (June 10-15). I’m eating clean, trying to relax, taking Vitex & Ashwangandha pills along with Prenatals but still nothing. I don’t know if I should change things up with my vitamins or add a different supplement...any advice on how to bring a period back??
