This episode explores Black Art and how the physical performance space is being reimagined during this pandemic. Learn about the tips and tricks of staying artistic and how to prepare for this era’s present and post-COVID-19 shutdown. Our featured guests are Dr. Kathryn M. Ervin Artist Educator in the Department of Theatre Arts at California State University, San Bernadino. A director and acting teacher, her special interest is in theatre for marginalized populations. She is a member and past president of the Black Theatre Network, a fellow of The California Arts Project, and active in several national theatre organizations. George Hammons is a social entrepreneur, author, poet, photographer, and event coordinator.
