We will discuss becoming better leaders, spouses, and parents.  We have to become better leaders through ownership, consistency, and discipline.  You have to lead yourself first, before you can successfully lead in your career, your family, and life.   Remember, we lead everyday in everything we do!  When you think you have failed, pick up and prove that you can be successful!
