Description
The role of 4-H in the community remains relevant and its highlighted on this episode as fair executive director talks with Jordan Blue with the University of Wisconsin Division of Extension. In his role, Jordan works directly with youth development with the Chippewa County 4-H. Those who participate in 4-H statistically tend to participate more in the community as they grow into adults, as well as makehealthier life choices.
On the fairgrounds itself, the 4-H operates a concession stand during the fair that serves as both a fundraiser and learning experience.
