Zach sits down with pastor and marriage & family therapist, Hazel Owens, to discuss how Christians can thoughtfully engage with the topic of mental health. They discuss her perspective on the mental health crisis happening today, examples from Scripture on mental health, and assess the stigma of mental health in the Church. Hazel serves as a therapist at Christian Theological Seminary and is the Associate Pastor at Common Ground Church (Midtown Location) in Indianapolis, IN.
