In Part 1 of our three-part interview, we sit down with Mark Converti, one of the longest-standing members of Center Church in Gilbert, Arizona. Mark reflects on his childhood growing up in Phoenix during the 1960s.

He shares the challenges of navigating youth group life in the 60s, his transition into college, and the unmistakable ways God’s providence protected him from being pulled into the world. This first chapter of Mark’s story reveals both the struggles of searching for truth and the hope of being kept by God’s hand.
