Fraudsters use images posted on the victim's social network to create videos, animations and then make video calls to scam money transfer.
The Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police said that recently, a Facebook account owner reported that she received a message asking for a loan of 20 million VND from a friend.
