Words carry weight. We know it, but don’t always act like it. We’ve all spent a ton of time carefully crafting the perfect text or email. We’ve all also carelessly said something that came back to haunt us. There are some conversations we wish we could remember, and others we wish we could forget. Certain phrases stick with us forever. They’re part of the reason we are who we are. And what someone else’s words did to you, your words are doing to someone else.
