I am excited! A lot... Because in this episode I have the honor to present to you the mind behind the newest agile framework called FAST AGILE. Ron Quartel has developed this framework as a way on how to do agile at scale. His inspiration came from an open space un-conference with 800 participants being capable to self-organize within 20 minutes. Put in lots of work, some chaos theory, and enough courage and out came the new kid: FAST AGILE. Similar to an open space the work is thrown at the wall and people start to self-organize.
