I have a problem with losing pounds since I do love to eat every now and then. I would swap my water to a soda because water for me is a dull drink but I found out from Michael that water is powerful. Water does not have any sugar at it and soda contains 50mL sugar so it could cause diseases such as diabetes and hyperacidity which is a crucial disease. Choosing the right meal is the best way to lose weight, green leafy veggies would help and also exercise at least 30minutes per day to have the body that you wanted since then.
So far so good.
If you really want to lose weight and are in no hurry to do it, this book is for you. Simply take the time to read what it says and take your own action. I have been following the book for a few days now. I have lost three inches off my waist and twelve pounds. Simple, easy, no stress. Just take your time and see results without turning your life upside down with diets that do not work.Unlike many complicated diet books; this one is written in a straightforward fashion that makes it extremely simple, yet enjoyable to lose weight.

I am afraid that I have that addiction to sugar too. Do I binge sweets? Yes, almost every time I see them. And the same thing comes with soda. So I do appreciate that piece of advice about superfoods like cinnamon and green tea. I guess, using a shopping list is a very right move here. I wouldn't binge all that pastries if I didn't buy it previously.
