This audio seminar broadly covers the issue of fatal police-involved encounters. More specifically, I discuss the 2018 CBC investigation on fatal encounters, deaths in police custody, coroner's inquiries, coroner's inquests, and Ontario's Special Investigations Unit (SIU).
