Sara didn't start out planning on being a hospital manager - she actually started out as a professional ballerina!  Along her way Sara (who once thought veterinary school was her destiny) fell in love with the study of communication and the management of people.  She overcame her distaste for routine and has accomplished great things with her staff.  Sara very much believes that while the clients are important, your team of staff should be at the top of your list.
