Feeling Lonely and Isolated as a New Mom? Doable Steps For You to Overcome This Inside! Plus One Most Important Thing To Do.
Update: 2022-12-18
Description
Hey momma friend!
I know that new motherhood can be a lonely and isolating time. Personally, I have never felt so alone as I did when I became a new mom and my husband was away for training. Because when you’re a new mom, you don’t typically have the same amount of adult interaction you did before giving birth — and now your only constant companion is a little infant who can’t talk to you. So it felt like being with someone who wants and needs you all day but somehow you still feel isolated. It's just so weird but we feel it. Maybe you are also feeling it right now momma. Here's one thing I wanna tell you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
In this episode, I'll be sharing with you things that I did on how I got over the feelings of loneliness and isolation. Plus one most important thing that really helped me!
See you inside!
Love & light,
