Tzimtzum is a community of queer, trans, and gender-expansive Jews centering the Jewish diasporist experience; refocusing on Jewish tradition, ritual, and community gathering in Santa Cruz.
We talk with Rabbi Chel about molding Jewish tradition for our communities, centering their practice around the surf, and the process of building their community.
