Description

In this short recording I explain how to use the transpyloric, subcostal and transtubercular planes to find the kidneys on a plain x ray scan. These planes are useful to remember because they align with L1, L3 and L5 respectively and can be used to orientate yourself on scans and on physical assessments. Enjoy!
