The 2025 race season has officially begun.
This was a great local race to see exactly were my fitness was at coming out of winter. Tara and I both have some big A races coming up in 2025. I wanted to have Tara sit down with me to highlight our MUCH DIFFERENT approaches to racing, training, nutrition and the sport of Ultramarathon.
This episode is great for couples that are trying to manage racing and training at the same time while also trying to manage a growing family.
