The City of Flagstaff has launched an interactive map showing the location of short-term rentals throughout the City and the emergency contact information for each rental. This information allows members of the public to easily locate contact information for the owners of a short-term rental property in the event of a concern or emergency. The map and other information about the regulation of short-term rentals in Flagstaff can be viewed at Flagstaff.az.gov/STR. Owners of short-term rental properties in Flagstaff must obtain an annual license, pay transaction privilege tax and an annual license fee, and notify neighboring properties of their intention...
