The world of the Forgotten Realms was torn asunder 29 years ago. Now referred to by most folk as "the sundering", the realm saw holes torn open in reality and from those holes dark energy of the Shadowfell, or the passionate chaos of the Feywyld poured forth infecting and changing the lands.

Our story takes place with a group of individuals who have been thrust together in mutual debt. They work off this debt for the Olaudran family in a town called Delzimmer. Their exploits at a recent tomb find them in possession of a mysterious book and on the run from its undead protectors.
