It's often the least planned that offer the best insight; that's what JB and Ant think, anyway!
This week a few topics have cropped up on Webinars, namely - in Leadership, who is responsible for managing relationships between a leader and their direct report? Has Leadership capability naturally progressed over the last 18 years? Are Leaders still powering over people with their technical knowledge, opposed to capability.
That and the usual bants. Ant/JB are super hip, so can use terms like 'Bants' and totally own it!
