Kristian "Tittan" Kitttelsaa has been active in the Norwegian kink scene for almost three decades. During this time he has been a board member, and the leader of the local scene, and he has also been a board member of the national Norwegian SMiL Norge where he helped writing an introductional pamphlet to kink.

He started doing lectures on impact play as early as 2000, drawing from his experience as a martial artist, but has since evolved into focussing more on discipline and ethical kink.

Among his achievements are lectures on BDSM and kink for the Norwegian police, psychology students, med students, teacher students, and nursing students, in order to help these professionals in dealing with situations and conversations with people from the community.

He co-host a Norwegian language podcast, Skyggelandet, where they discuss topics people are ashamed of, feel they can't talk about, or just plain taboo.
