It is an interesting book and I loved it!!!

yes...This book is all you really need to prepare you for life as a real estate investor/flipper.The biggest thing I got out of this book was how anybody can be successful in investing in real estate. You do not have to be a big mutual fund, or corporation, to compete. You can be a family man and get the financial freedom you want
