When travelling to new countries, you not only get to know a new language and different habits, but also different food. As a German, it was very frustrating for me not to find good bread at the beginning, in Karlstad there are mainly pizza places and Köttbullar and Falukorv became a regular part of my meals, bit by bit.
Why does the supermarket have a whole section just for tacos and Tex Mex and what's the deal with the dessert that translates as vacuum-cleaner?
