TRAINING WEEKS


Jack takes the listeners through his training week which deviates from its normal structure as he balances Japan's summer with just enough training to keep the body in prime shape for this week's World Athletics Championships 5000m heat. After sharing her training week with partner Nick last week, Tess gets the chance to update Jack & Joel on her fitness levels before Berlin Marathon. Joel wraps up the segment with an update on how his sacrum is healing.
