Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Randy Grimes was a force on the field, but what fans couldn't see was this very secret battle he was fighting. The 10-year veteran of the NFL was addicted to pain pills that started with easing the pain to play— an addiction that lasted nearly twenty years. Grimes is now employed at a treatment center in Florida, devotes his time to helping families and addicts, including athletes, that are battling addiction and by sharing his story.
