Fasting, haha; Inadvertently experienced the benefits of this by preparing for a colonoscopy the other week. My last meal was 4 eggs and oats at 0830 and I didn't then eat til about 1800 the next day, so over 24 hours. Man it was weird but will be defo do it again
Jonathan and LM team; how did the UVB light search go? I could try sunbeds, I didn't tan well (pale skin lol) when I used to use them years ago and actually I felt pretty good! Must have been the UV rays. Also; Sauerkraut is good for gut bacteria so I hear. And fermented blueberries. Can't remember how they are fermented though, salt I think
