It is a good meditation for getting your day going, and it is especially useful when you feel stressed, challenged by a particular person or event. I move you through it slowly here, but once you learn the technique of drawing up Earth energy on your inhale, and drawing down Sky energy with your exhale, it can be done with the natural rhythm of your breath as needed throughout your day.
