Aimee is a health coach, a wife, a mom of two and a recent California girl, turned Tennessean. She and her family moved to Tennessee just a few weeks ago for a change and what an adventure they've had. But Aimee is no stranger to challenges. She and her husband Carl overcame multiple failed foster to adopt relationships, health struggles and job loss, all to find themselves helping other people change their lives and take ownership of their health.
