Alison has such a great message of leveraging passion and positivity for business success that can be applied to any business venture, from owning a studio, to negotiating freelance contracts, even to maintaining control and structure in the classroom as a teacher; so while one of the primary focuses of our conversation today is on building a successful dance business, there's really something for everyone in this one!
