Fr. Dimitrie was born and raised in the metro Detroit ares, and grew up in St. George Romanian Orthodox Cathederal parish in Southfield, MI. He received his M. Div. from St. Vladimir Seminary and did Ph.D. studies in historical Theology at Saint Louis University in Missouri.In addition to his pastoral work, Father Dimitrie is also an Art Educator, teaching Art in a Charter school for 5 years.

Father has served in parishes in St. Louis and Michigan before becoming the permanent pastor of St. Thomas Orthodox Church of the Albanian Archdiocese in Farmington Hills, MI.
