Free agency is finally wrapping up (though there are a few guys still on the market), so we're jumping on the horn today to breakdown the dynasty impact for each of these moves. We go team by team in alphabetical order and talk about the signings made by each team. My Texans signed 15 (!!!) guys so far and are looking a lot better this year, while Brendan's Ravens are still waiting for some Lamar Jackson news.
