Jason Monks is an Idaho State Representative and kindly came in to discuss the School Choice Tax Credit and requirements for receiving it. There is a recently filed lawsuit against Idaho citing religious discrimination by a private school that receives the tax credit, and Jason came in to discuss the nuances and nature of the tax credit and what is and is not required by those that benefit from it.
