22-year-old French national Adam Berguiga, accused of rape and assault, appeared in Melbourne court. Police allege he assaulted a woman after helping her at a nightclub. Berguiga, who doesnt speak English, was arrested in Sydney and faces additional driving charges. He didnt seek bail and is due back in court in April.
