Hi y’all!

I’m back on the uploading grind after a hectic end to the semester! Throughout this year alone, I’ve learned so much about being assertive in conflicts NOT for the sake of being right, but for the sake of validating and respecting mine and my loved ones’s needs, opinions, and emotions. Learning to be assertive has helped me start to transition from approaching conflict with accommodation to problem-solving!

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” - Galatians 5:1.
