“I’ve had a crayfish thrown at my head” - Frida Deguise

In this episode, recorded just days after Frida came home from hospital post a life-threatening bout of appendicitis, we catch her in the office of her fifth child - L.A Donuts. 

On the menu; Sunday "survival bread porridge", a sheep named Sandy, and grape leaf marathons. Nostalgia, old school cheffing, and crayfish also take part in this Frida degustation.
