And tonight, I hopped in as a guest panelist — and let’s just say the room got spicy fast!

I came in swinging with my take that emotions and internal competition sometimes get in the way, but Winn and special guest panelist Edrence weren’t having it! They pushed back with powerful insights about healing, sisterhood, and the importance of women uplifting one another.

Edrence dropped a gem:

“Women need to sit with winning women to heal internally.”

Winn reminded us that many women do support each other — and sometimes what looks like negativity is really unhealed pain and past hurt.
