Brian Waters was a cop in Northwest Arkansas for 28 years before opening Open Door Cigars with his wife Sharon in 2014. Since then they've welcomed tons of success and thousands of clients from all walks of life. Brian and Sharon live each day with intentionality and the cigar shop truly lives up to its name being a place for everyone who walks through the door to belong. Brian sits down to talk to us about being in law enforcement and what drives him and is the backbone for his success at Open Door.
