Reese sits down with Terrence Harewood, Ph.D., Program Co-Chair of The emPOWERment Institute from The Winters Group, Inc., to discuss the opportunity gap for aspiring leaders who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). What can organizations do to support the development of BIPOC leaders? How can they create workplace conditions that encourage everyone to bring their full selves to work rather than suppress who they are in order to make others feel comfortable?
